This is an important function from customers' perspective and PLP prides itself in having a dedicated and customer focused team of people. The Sales Team operates in two clearly defined but inseparable areas, Front End Sales and Customer Services. Both works together to give the highest level of customer service in our industry.
The Front End Sales focus on the customer's needs and has many years experience in the utility, contractor and distributors. The Front End Sales will work closely with their customers, in order to determine the customer's requirement and provide the technical/commercial proposal.
The Customer Services has the responsibility for customer satisfaction management. They will ensure that all customer queries and purchase orders will be well taking care of within PLP Indonesia. They will coordinate and manage to deliver on time and meet or exceed customer's requirements.
